Our little brewery is situated in a light industrial area in Stellenbosch, South Africa where the beers are brewed under license on a small 200 L Stainless Steel System.

We source our water from a natural spring at a secret location in Stellenbosch insuring that the water we brew with is as pure as possible and free of any unwanted chemicals.

The inspiration for our name comes from our founders love for WW2 memorabilia and specifically the movie Memphis Belle, which is still a firm favourite.

This is why all the beers have their own pin up girl dedicated to them, just the same way that the World War 2 Bombers all had their individual nose art pinups.
